Our traditional Cosper’s season-all blends come in a regular or spicier option and are great for bringing a full depth of flavor to any dish. Our BBQ rub will take your smoked meats to another level with a hint of sweetness rounded out with a spice element. The owner Ty Taggart or Tag Daddy has created his own blends of all purpose seasonings with Regular and Sweet Heat. Each are a combination of turbinado sugar, dark brown sugar, and 10 other spices to put sweet and smoky right on your plate. We also proudly sell a multitude of locally made Emporium Spice products for you to use any way you can imagine!

Owner Ty Taggart, lifelong resident of Bell County, started shopping at Cosper’s in 1998 when he began working as a coach in Killeen ISD. When the chance to buy Cosper’s arose in the spring of 2022, it was a no brainer for him. He has been working hard to carry on the tradition of great service and quality product established in 1983 with the opening of Cosper’s. Ty has a passion for cooking for and feeding people and specializes in craft bar-b-que with a twinge of tex-mex but lets be honest, you never know what Ty will be cooking on any given day!
